  1. The following program changes, manual errors, and operating notes were
  2. made or discovered after the manual went to press.

  4. Page 3-3 CALENDAR LIMITATIONS
  5.     The manual incorrectly states that the earliest date allowed is
  6.     1 January 1970.  This should be 1 January 1971.

  8. Page 6-2 SEARCH REQUESTER - SEARCH SETUP
  9.     The search logic is no longer case sensitive.
  10.     
  11. Page 6-2 SEARCH REQUESTER - PRINT BUFFER button
  12.     An additional method is now available to stop the printout.  When the
  13.     printout is started the button's legend will change to 'BREAK'. 
  14.     Clicking on 'BREAK' will terminate the printout and return the button's
  15.     legend to 'PRINT BUFFER'.

  17. Page 7-3 PHONE LIST - FIND/MATCH FUNCTION
  18.     The 'FIND' and 'MATCH' logic is no longer case sensitive.

  21.     Note that when 'Clipping' the label data, all seven lines of the label
  22.     will always be sent to the 'Clip' device, regardless of the number of
  23.     label lines configured for the 'LABEL PRINT' function.

  25. Page 9-5 UTILITIES - LABEL CLIP FILE PATH
  26.     The manual incorrectly states that the Clip File Path entry must be the
  27.     file path relative to SECRETARY's execution directory.  The entry can
  28.     be either an absolute file path or a file path relative to SECRETARY's
  29.     execution directory, plus the file name.

  31. GENERAL
  32.     The 'ICON COPY' icons on the distribution diskette are provided simply
  33.     to make it easy to copy the VALIDATEDATA and SECRETARY1.0 programs
  34.     from the WorkBench.
  35.  
  36.     Any similarity between names and/or persons referenced in the Demo Data
  37.     Base or Demo Phone List and actual persons are strictly coincidental
  38.     and unintended.  All information in these files is strictly imaginary.
